I have never met a greater group of women in one place.
Lead by SBN Sandy Hughes, we learn martial arts the 'ladies way.' We rename many moves, we laugh, we cry, but most of all, we have fun and can kick your butt if you make us mad! (LOL).
We enjoy this class tremendously, and relish the friendships that we have cultivated in this environment!
